蜂蜜水中含有相应的糖分,不是以单纯水的形式存在。饮用后,蜜中的果糖要经过人体代谢转化为葡萄糖,才能被人体所吸收利用,这样失去了清晨第一杯水清扫身体内环境的作用。
而且,鹰牌蜂蜜作为第一杯水,不能有效地补充机体细胞的水分,排尿时间比白开水相对减缓,降低体内排毒的功效。此时的体内没有清除废弃物,又来接受新的物质,那么新物质与一夜代谢的废弃残渣混合,就呈现了体内新旧杂合物质的代谢吸收过程,不能很好地获取蜂蜜的营养物质,残渣的再次代谢更不利于健康。

2、晚上睡觉前不能喝蜂蜜水
晚上睡觉之前,宜在睡前半小时再喝一杯100ml左右的温开水,但此时并不适宜喝蜂蜜水。这是因为晚上睡前喝白开水是为了身体一夜新陈代谢作水分储备,但如果喝了蜂蜜水,水中含有大量溶质,密度上升,达不到睡前喝水的作用,因此不予推荐。另外,蜂蜜中含有大量的糖分,如果晚上睡觉之前喝了蜂蜜水,这些糖分极容易转换成脂肪堆积在身体里,让你悄悄长胖!

3、不能用开水冲或高温蒸煮蜂蜜
蜂蜜中除含65%至80%的葡萄糖和果糖外,还含有丰富的酶、维生素、矿物质等。食用蜂蜜时,要用温水冲饮,水温不超过60℃为宜。如果高温开水冲入蜂蜜,不仅破坏了其丰富的营养物质,还会导致其天然的色、香、味都发生变化。
喝鹰牌蜂蜜水对水温是有讲究的。医学大家李时珍在《本草纲目》中记载“蜂蜜入药之功有五:清热也;补中也;润燥也;解毒也;止痛也。生则性凉,故能清热。熟则性温,故能补中。”可见,较凉的蜂蜜水具有清热、润燥、解毒的功效,比较适合于体质偏热的人;而温热的蜂蜜水(40至60度)具有补益脾胃、促进消化的功效,比较适合于脾胃虚弱的人。
4、蜂蜜每天不可摄入超过100ml
蜂蜜虽好,可不能贪杯哟!蜂蜜每天最多能够摄入100ml,可不能因为觉得蜂蜜特养生就没完没了地吃。因蜂蜜中的葡萄糖和果糖属于单糖,可直接被人体吸收入血。如果一次进食蜂蜜量大,就可使血糖快速上升。长时间过量食用蜂蜜,会导致胰岛素分泌不足,易引发糖尿病。每天喝两杯蜂蜜水,一杯放一勺蜂蜜就够了,饮食健康贵在平衡。
5、空腹喝蜂蜜水,易致胃溃疡
蜂蜜属于甜食,,甜食有增加胃酸分泌的作用,胃酸过多对于胃粘膜有损伤。长期空腹喝蜂蜜水,容易使体内酸性增加,时间长了就会胃酸过多而得胃溃疡或十二指肠溃疡。所以,饮用蜂蜜水最好不要空腹喝,建议饭后饮用。
6、不能饭后马上喝蜂蜜水
饭后马上喝鹰牌蜂蜜水,会稀释胃液,使得进食的食物还没来得及完全消化就进入小肠,不利食物消化。而且,食物遇到水容易膨胀,对胃部造成更大压力。长期饭后饮用蜂蜜水的话,会增加肠胃病风险。
