BRUSH UNCAPPER

The Uncapping machine with rotating brushes is a great tool for mid-size beekeeping operations. Just hold the frame against the rotating brushes and the cappings will be brushed off in a matter of seconds! The brushes are powred by a sturdy 180W/220V motor. A gentle method that does not destroy the cell structure. The machine is sold seperately for mounting on existing uncapping tanks. A plastic tank is available as an optional part.

Automatic Vertical Uncapper

The frame is put into the frame holder, you push a button and the frame is automatically pushed up&down through the rotating uncapping knives. The machine uncaps both sides simul-taneously.

The rotating knives can be adjusted to many widths and remove efficiently the wax but are gentle to the frames.

The uncapping knives are in a seperate section, which ensures that the cappings wax will stay inside the machine and ensure safe operation.

The wheels of this machine can be locked. The wheels ensure that the machine can be easily moved from one room to an other without heavy lifts.

The bottom is conical and you will be able to place a basket or pail under the machine to collect your cappings wax.

Easy cleaning: Simply rinse the machine with water. All parts are maintenance free.

Handyman uncapper

Easy to use, reliable and efficient uncapping machine for the middel sized beekeeper.

Simply put the frame on top of the machine, turn handle the the frame gets pushed through two heated, vibrating knives.

Installation requires hot-water unit, 110V or 220V and a stand or cappingstank.

So far this model is only available for Langstroth.

Slide-feed uncapper

This professional unit features a fully automatic operation. Simple feed your frames onto a frame slide and the frames will enter automatically into the machine and get uncapped.

Installation requires hot-water unit, 220V and a stand or cappingstank.

This model is available in Langstroth, Zander, Deutsch Normal.

VERTICAL UNCAPPING MACHINE

Very easy operation: Just place the frame in the frame holder, push and draw it through the uncapping unit and your frame is uncapped. Operation with two pairs of chains, that can be adjusted individually.

The cappings will fall to the bottom into a vat or other container (not included). Suitable for all common frame sizes.
