Horizontal extraction of honey saves a lot of time, as most of you already know. What you may not know is that when you add the beneficial effects of the Venturi jet stream, the extraction becomes even more efficient.
This horizontal extractor utilizes both the large forces of horizontal extractors and the Venturi jet stream, making this extractor the most efficient on the market today.
The horizontal extractor develops large extraction forces even at very low speeds as both radial, centrifugal and gravitational forces as well as the so called Venturi jet-stream operate on the honeycombs simultaneously. The imminent extraction power of the Venturi jet-stream is brought about by the partial vacuum the air stream creates between the combs thus creating a strong suction effect above the combs.
With this new type of extractor you will be able to extract a complete load in 2-5 minutes (depending, of course, on the temperature and viscosity of your honey). The low extraction time will increase your productivity and thus save labor cost.
The unusual inclined position of the extractor ensures that the honey will flow out easily. The gate is in a higher position than on other models, which means that you can place medium baffle tanks under your extractor. For storage and transport, the extractor can be tipped into a space-saving vertical position.
Also the inclined position of the extractor means a lower loading level for you, i.e., less stress on your back than with other extracting models.
This extractor comes in a 20-frame model with 4 removable baskets holding 5 frames each. We also offer a set of baskets that will enable you to extract 40 shallow frames (up to 16cm in height) per cycle. The baskets are very easy to change and the net weight per basket is only 3 kg.
