A Cupularve consists of:
A plate with 110 cells for the introduction of a foreign queen. The 110 cells will be fitted with 110 artificial cellcups from the back of the cassette (not included). The cage has a queen excluder on the fronto to allow the bees to get to the queen at any time.

Dimensions : 147 mm x 130 mm x 28 m123.
The queen lays her eggs directly in an artificial cell cup. Allows the breeding from larvas not older than 6 to 24 hours.

Sockets:Fix with nails, side by side, on the frame.
Cell Cup Holder:Is used with the transparent cellcup.
Cell cups: made from P.S. seethrough brown Dimensions : ? outside. 10 mm – ? inside. 9 m123. Can be stuck with wax on the bars for the production of royal jelly.
Hairroller Cage:Opaque - Height 70 m123. With honey reserve in the cap, to feed the young queen. Allows the emerging of the queen directly in the cell cup block, in a breeding hive or in an incubator. Can also be used for the shipping of the queens and their introduction with the candy block
DIRECTION OF USE
* Take a frame with brood and cut a a rectangle hole in the middle of the frame with the same dimensions than the Cupularve.
* Fix Cupularve with 2 woodenscrews in the corresponding holes :
* Put honey in the cells.
* Put it several months in the middle of the brood without the queen excluder
* Feed the hive 4 days before and during the eggs laying.
* Introduce the queen.
* Extraction of the cellcup containing the Larva aged 6 to 24 hours.
* If conditions of breeding are optimised ( Season, Population, Temperature, Race, feeding, Cupularve right in the middle of the brood… ), the queen will lay eggs within 24 hours.
Check that the beeway is minimum 8 m123.
You can also wax the Cupularve in hot wax (maximum 65°C). REMARK deformation temperature starts at 75°C.
You can release the queen automatically after 24 hours with a big honeycandy block situed in the candy reserve on the back of the corpularvae.
