With this extracting line you can easily extract 2-6 tons of honey per day with a minium of workload. This line works wth less lifting, moving of honey frames and extremely short extracting cycles. A powerful uncapping machine cobined with a parallel horizontal extractor make this system one of the most modern currently on the market.

Similar to the Universal Extractor this type of extractor utilizes the Venturi princple to speed up extraction. These extractors will empty for example 60 frames filled with honey in only 5-8 minutes. Tests have shown that this type of extractor is even able to extract thick honeys as for example heather honey.

A special feature of this extractor is that it can be adapted to many differnt frame sizes, which has until now been an unsolved proble123.

The newly developed (and patented) uncapping machine “Delta Plus” feeds the honey frames through two heated triangular knives, that are integreted with the machine (no moving parts). This guaratees fast and almost noiseless uncapping. Further, this uncapper is eqipped with a second set of knives to open honey cells in deep frame areas usually not uncapped by machines of similar types.

After uncapping the frames are fed onto a frame rack ready to be fed into the extractor. A manual feeding mechanism (pneumatic available) will then feed the uncapped frames into the extractor and simultaneously push the extracted frames from an earlier extracting cycle onto an empty frame rack. All parts are of stainless steel and are made of first- class workmanship.

Extracting speed is infinitely variable by a frequency converter and the motor has a built-in brake.
